Dear Ms. Baybrook,
As a new resident to the Washington Area, I would like to take this
opportunity to show my appreciation for Sharon Miller's work in helping
me find an apartment. Ms. Miller was kind enough to work well into the
evening, on more than one occasion, in order to accommodate my schedule
and her courtesy was a deciding factor in my decision to move to Avalon
at Cameron Court. I spent a full week looking at various apartments
and houses, but was unhappy with the real estate agents who worked in
the Old Town Alexandria area. In addition, I was forced to make a decision
without the input of my wife, who was unable to leave work and search
for a new home. Ms, Miller, however, was forthcoming and knowledgeable
and helped me make a decision for tow. Having had such and exceptional
experience with Ms. Miller, I have no doubt that our stay at Avalon
will be an enjoyable one. Please accept my sincerest thanks and appreciation
for the work of Ms. Miller and your staff. I look forward to working
