Dear Mr. Michaux,
I am a resident of Avalon Cove in Jersey City - and an exceptionally
critical and demanding man! It is not often that someone impresses me
sufficiently for me to sit down and write a letter of commendation about
someone who has crossed my path, but I do feel that credit is due regarding
one of your employees. Ms. Susan Gondevas, an employee at Avalon Cove
has displayed nothing but total courteousness to myself and my family
since we had the pleasure of meeting her. She has gone out of her way
and surely out of the realm of duty to be polite and helpful to my 76
year old mother who lives with me and sometimes needs a listening ear
and a friendly smile. I want you to know that Ms. Gondevas has saved
the day for me more than once. I do hope that when I have the opportunity
of appointing staff again in the future, that I attract the caliber
of professionalism that you folks very evidently have.
