As a satisfied resident of two different Avalon Communities in the Washington,
DC area over the last two years, I
would like to commend the current property Management Staff of Autumn
Woods not only for their exceptional
performance as employees of your company, but also for the fact that
they have demonstrated a personal and
professional quality that goes beyond "Legendary Service"
upon which the reputation of your company has been
built. I am providing this letter to you because I know the upper management
of large companies such as Avalon
Properties usually does not receive adequate positive feedback from
residents regarding the outstanding performance
of employees, especially when that performance exceeds the expectations
of both residents and management.
My hat goes off to Tina Walker, Regina Brannen Johanna Faatz and Marc
Trainum for their efforts to provide the residents of Autumn Woods with
a wonderful Holiday Party for all to remember. This team of people is
truly a class act, who put long hours into the planning and conduct
of the festivities. It was clear to me throughout the day of the Holiday
Feast and Gift Wrapping Event, that Tina and her staff were really putting
their hearts and souls into the activities in order to make the day
enjoyable for everyone. I would be remiss if I failed to mention the
support that was also provided by the rest of the Maintenance and Housekeeping
Staff who helped decorate the clubhouse and cook the food for the buffet
dinner.
